100 Meter Scream is a contemporary indie rock band with a Punk Pop edge, bringing together original music and carefully selected covers.

Based in Miami, Florida and Avon, Colorado, the band draws inspiration from a wide range of artists and sounds — from Pink Floyd, David Bowie and The Police to Radiohead, The Cure, Muse and today's alternative rock.

With diverse musical backgrounds and influences, the members of 100 Meter Scream come together to create a distinctive sound that blends melody, energy and attitude. Whether performing original songs or putting their own spin on familiar favorites, the goal is simple: make music that connects with people.

 Rafael (Ralph) Miguel has been writing lyrics and musical compositions for over 20 years in the Alternative Rock scene. Originally under the band Gorman and Halfway Human, he worked under the direction of Grammy-nominated producer, Steve Roitstein, who has worked with big Latin artists, such as Celia Cruz, Willie Chirino, and Rod Stewart. Ralph also worked with James Wisner, producer of “Dashboard Confessional”, “Paramore” and “36 Crazy Fists”.  He originated 100 Meter Scream, in Miami, Florida and Avon, Colorado, a contemporary Indie rock band with a Punk Pop twist.
